Terrible service for repairs. Every excuse in the world why the repair was not done when I specifically said it was a gift for a particular day. reminded me over and over there were 70 repairs ahead of me. Plan on a wait or a call saying they can not do it. My hometown jeweler has repaired 22k chains for me before. sometimes the old fashion way is better than a laser. Didn't have enough sales savvy to offer to show me some chains.
They have the most wonderful stock of Jewelry. Want unique this is the place to shop. I have gotten a number of items from here. My wedding band set, husbands band, earrings etc. I get numerous compliments on my wedding band set.
