Can’t say enough about Carolina Family Motors. Fastest purchase of a car in my life. I appreciate that. They don’t waste your time. The price was very fair. But what really sets them apart is their folllowup. I had an issue and they took care of me. That means a lot. I’ll be buying my cars here in the future.
RecommendedMy husband and I went to carolina family motors for a specific car. When we got there we found out that the car was put on hold but we were showed other options from Logan. I have to say this was a very awesome experience. Logan was very cool, laid back and awesome to work with. We didn’t feel pressured at all. Unfortunately had a very poor first experience with Carolina Family Motors. I called in the AM to set-up a test drive with a Miata listed for sale on their website. Salesman told me no deposits had been made and I could come test drive. I was told there had been several inquiries so I even called before leaving this afternoon after work to ensure the car was still available and was told by Jeremy it was. My husband and I just bought a 2007 Ford Ranger truck from Carolina Family Motors today and I must say it was by far THE best experience we've ever had with a dealership! Everyone was friendly and the best part was that it only took two hours. The other two dealerships we've dealt with in the past took SEVERAL hours. We HIGHLY recommend that if you are in need of a vehicle that you come here!
