RecommendedThe whole staff, Heather, Kellie, Carroll, Jeanine were very nice to work with. The process was laid out and detailed, great coming from an engineers perspective. They were in constant contact and remind me of items to follow up on. Presented us with several "Plans" to choose from and didn't try to up sell us on any of them or other add-ons. We had some very specific questions and concerns about my parents plans as they age. The staff is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We now know what we need to do to properly plan for my parents future. I highly recommend the team and the process that they follow.
My sister passed away and her will was given to my niece. All her plans for her estate were not carried out. The will should have been given to my dying sister and/or the excutor of the estate. Carolina Estate planning was at fault for the disaster.

Buy putting all COSTS out front, let people know what they will be faced with when someone passes - they don't let you know that it will cost to have a certificate written etc - so unbeleivable, I don't like this type of practice, cheating you out of money is what they are doing..........
