Excellent first visit. Lots of diagnosis testing both instrumental and Dr. Burger’s examination. Everything was described and explained thoroughly.
I highly recommend this practice. Dr Berger is thorough, extremely skilled and conscientious, doesn’t rush, doesn’t cut corners, and explains everything in a very understandable way. She does all this with a a very pleasant demeanor. I wish I remembered the name of the young man who assisted her. He was great too. It’s a busy practice but totally worth it.
After doing due diligence and insuring they took our eye plan, we scheduled an appointment and took the morning OFF from work. When we showed up we were informed that only certain doctors in the practice took our eye plan and that we would need to reschedule. NO respect for our time! In fairness, the front desk lady was polite, but they put here in a hard spot. This is not patient care!
