I barely saw Dr. Whittaker. I was there very early and spent about 20 minutes filling out ridiculously long forms. Then an assistant ran about 1/2 hour doing all kinds of tests. At one point I thought “Is the doctor going to do anything?” When I finally saw her, she suggested an Rx. We set up an appointment for 4 to 6 weeks. Still no glasses so I can read small print on my phone. BIG BUSINESS!!
Waiting two hours past your appointment time is ridiculous. People show up at the required time and wait. People's time is worth money too not just doctors and staff.
Usually short wait time. Dr Whitington is very nice and thorough.
