Very quick appointment, no upselling stuff, even gave me eye glass cleaner for free.
I really liked Dr. Smith. The girls that did the exam, were spot on. After completing my purchase utilizing my insurance I went to the counter to check out. The girl at that country was less than pleasant. She indicated that I owed $98 for the exam. I reminded her that I had Premier VSP and they cover everything. She rolled her eyes and said "we'll just bill you", again I reminded her of my insurance. I've had the same Eye Insurance for 50 years. I've never paid a penny as it is a benefit from my employer.
Everything was easy, very well taken care of
