We unfortunately did not have a good experience with Dr. Thompson. We asked her not to dilate our son's eyes as he has had eye exams for years without the drops. We could tell she was very weird about it, and proceeded with his eye exam. She was done in like 10 minutes. He usually waswith his previous ophthalmologist for about an hour. Of no surprise his glasses came in completely wrong. When we called her, she explained she couldn't give him an accurate script without dilating his eyes. Dr. Charlotte Thompson has gone above and beyond with regard to my situation. Would highly recommend!
I went here with my daughter as a patient. They were dialating her eyes so she needed a driver. We arrived 25 minutes early to fill out our new patient paperwork and were ready to be seen before her appointment time of 8:45 am. We waited all together 3 hours just to see the doctor 5 minutes before her dialation and 5 minutes after. While sitting in the waiting room we heard many other patients complain about the wait. Had an unpleasant experience with the opthalmologist for my son. She listened to my complaints and worked through with me until I felt satisfied with the situation. That type of customer service is hard to find now a days.
My 1st visit went very smoothly. Dr. Thompson was patient with me as I told him a lot of information about my problems. The Dr. and Staff were very friendly, efficient and made me feel like I was important. Great Visit!!!
