The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. They provided me and my son a very thorough exam. They are able to provide you with benefit information and out-of-pocket expense at the time of service, and they have a nice selection of frames to chose from.
I have never been happier with an eye exam. These folks are thorough and professional. I got a follow-up exam when I needed one. The prescription for my tri-focals gave me the best results ever. On Top Of That, I purchased a frame with a "lifetime" warranty. Those glasses got sat on and a hinge broke. The manufacturer had discontinued that frame. First response from the manufacturer was nothing could be done. They went to bat for me and I have a new frame with new lenses. These people are great.
