I really hate writing bad reviews, but I was so angry with the appointment management. I made my appointment two weeks ago, saved up money, took time off from work. I get a call one half hour before the appointment time when I was already at the barn that there were emergancies and we need to reschedule. I totally understand emergancies, but there's no excuse when there are 10 vets and their assistants. I am also an emergancy because my pony can barely eat. I told her when I made the appt. Dr Julia Dietz took care of one of my goats that got mastitis which turned into gangrene. She was very knowledgeable, compassionate to Daisy and me. She was just a text away.
Dr Talbot, Dr Boyer and Dr Wallace are the best equine doctors near and far. Excellent reproduction services, experts in lameness issues and general care. I'd recommend Carolina Equine to anyone, top quality care here.
It is not about the cost, it's about the consistent high quality of care from veterinarians who truly love what they do.
Dr. Kimbrell checked out my six horses this week, plus some from the stables that I board at. Her knowledge and love for all of them was awesome. She patently explained everything she did and recommended to me, as I'm not new to horses, but to horse ownership. I've seen good vets, who lack in the handling of the owner. Not her! The knowledge I gained that day was priceless and I'm looking forward to many years of working with her!
Dr Talbot has worked on 2 of our horses removing tumorus tissue from ones eye & removing a tooth from the other. Also another Dr performed a c section on our pig saving all the babies. Everyone there is very friendly & super informative even over the phone. I would recommend them for all of your farm animal needs. ���
