Disappointed that the technician's report was not read by management. When my invoice came a door part was billed to me that was not used and the work order should have shown that the part was not needed. However, the bottom gasket of the door needed to be replaced and the technician indicated this on his work order. 2 different technicians were sent on a Monday after the office called on a prior Thursday but I had to tell them I was out of town and would not be back until the following Monday.
