Thought I was calling Overhead Doors in Charlotte, NC - even asked several times if they were Overhead Brand Doors and was told YES. When service worker arrived in a plain white truck wearing an unmarked t-shirt, I then again asked if they were Overhead and told Yes. He gave me an estimate of $1,200 which I thought was extremely high but my car was literally trapped inside my garage.
