Dr. Rothwell always come in the room with a smile. Very thorough explaining the GI issue. Allow time to ask questions. She is kind and inviting.

The care provided by the Endoscopy Team: Clerical, Clinical, and Medical was EXCELLENT! Everyone was kind and friendly.
I was scheduled for a 8 AM colonoscopy. Was told to be there one hour earlier. We got there a little bit early maybe around 6:30. The sign on the door said they opened at six. I repeatedly knocked on the door to get in, but no one answered. At 7:20 they open the door. There’s no receptionist. It was 7:40 before I got checked in and then by a nurse.
