The staff are professional, friendly. The facility was clean and very well staffed. They made me feel comfortable before my procedure.
Dr. Rothwell is very helpful to put me at ease with my colonoscopy results. She explained what she was looking for, what she found then what she did during the procedure. She is an excellent communicator and showed genuine concern for me.
The experience was very pleasant and the nurses were very friendly and professional.
Awesome doctor! Highly recommend!
