If I could describe Carolina Dentistry in one word it would be: "mer·ce·nar·y- primarily concerned with making money at the expense of ethics." I had an appointment for a cleaning and was quoted over $500 (cash payment, no insurance). I said that was more than I could pay and needed to cancel. I was then told, because I had xrays from a previous dentist, it would be $350. Worst experience ever at a dentist's office! Very hostile people working the front desk who try to bully you into paying for services that you do not want or need. Carolina Dentistry cannot keep staff or patients due to the toxic environment that Natalia Antley fosters. The dental work is mediocre at best and the prices are exorbitant. She requires that you pay in advance (non refundable) for upcoming dental appointments. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else!
RecommendedThis is the nicest dentist i have ever been to! I’ve been three times now and got a root canal and it’s been an amazing experience every time. They are so welcoming and remember each patient and have the kindest staff! They genuinely care about their patients from the receptionists to the dentist himself! I’ve always had a fear of the dentist but this office made me so comfortable and at ease! They are also very accommodating to college students in the area! Favorite Dentist by far!
This was my first visit to Jett dental and I was extremely nervous due to the fact that 3 of my wisdom teeth, one with infection, needed to be extracted. I can say that this visit was by no means pleasant. Instead of trying to make me some what comfortable with the procedure that was needed, i was told that I needed to leave if I couldn't handle it and then was asked why I even came there? I just left the office after my first appointment and couldn’t wait to share my experience. 😊 I was here seeking a second opinion on some dental issues I was having. If you’re looking for an experience that will actually make you look forward to going to the dentist , then go to Jett Dental. I called with an emergency and they were caring and so accommodating. I don’t mind driving extra miles to be able to continue with Dr Jett. I started going there in 1999, and I hope I can continue for many more years. I get lots of compliments on my smile and enjoy giving the credit to Dr. Jett. The ladies there are also wonderful.
