Walked into the office and was greeted by Bianca. She was pleasant and kind. Somehow our appointment got messed up, but she got us squared away with a smile. A young child came sprinting out of the back, Bianca and another employee were able to help this neurodivergent child and his mother. His mom was clearly in distress, the staff came over and assisted mom. In such a high stress situation, the staff were professional and kind! I thank you for that mom!!! Highly recommend.
