Chris was awesome at Carolina Custom Sound. My house got hit my lightning and he worked with my insurance agent to get what is equivalent for today. He was always very responsive to by calls, emails, and texts. Trust me I sent a lot! Haha. He is super knowledgeable and kind. The techs that came do the installation were awesome. First Class all the way...! Carolina Custom really knows what they are doing. Chris was great, walking me through his recommendations based on my current set up and wants. With travel plans coming up, I hoped to get the installation done quickly, and they were able to fit us in within a week.
