I contacted Chris at Carolina Custom Sound a couple of weeks ago about mounting/installing a large tv in our showroom. He worked through all the details with me and then scheduled the installation. His two lead technicians Milton and Jory took care of everything. They were excellent! They arrived as scheduled, were very professional, very friendly and took time to explain everything they did. They promptly cleaned up and disposed of all boxes and packaging for us. Highly recommend them! Excellent company to work with!
Carolina Custom Sound was referred to me by a friend to mount/install a TV. They did an excellent job in a professional manner. All of the wires are concealed in the wall which makes all the difference aesthetically. This team of two have been working together for 20 years and every detail down to vacuuming dust from the mount assembly and making sure I was comfortable with how the TV worked was much appreciated. 5 Stars!
