RecommendedCarolina Custom Air is run by a team that includes a Structural Engineer that really knows his area of expertise. They have amazing customer service and knowledge that surpasses the other companies. They are experts at which A/C unit to use, what the duct runs should look like, and how to maximize efficiency. I agree that 5 stars are not enough.
Great company, great service, great people. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for new install, replacement or service.

I must say quick responce. Had me up and running in less that a hour. Big shout out to the service man Robert Snowden. Great skills professionaly and personally great guy. I have never dealt with such a courteous and helpful company. Della, the Office Manager, could not have been more helpful and friendly. Nick and Tripp were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, as well! We had had an estimate from another company. When Nick and Tripp came out, they found that the problem was far less an issue than was previously told to us saving us thousands of dollars. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that is not only friendly but honest! Thank you all!

I've worked with them over a 12 month period to correct the totally inept installation from a previous HVAC installer. John, Della, Nick and team are awesome. they stand by their service, know there stuff, and are a pleasure to schedule and interact with. could not be more pleased.

John & Patrick are the best HVAC suppliers and in fact probably the best of any business in the area. They are responsive and have fair pricing. I would use them again.
Service person was polite, covered his shoes, changed my filter and disposed if it for me.He did his job efficiently and in a timely manner.
Tripp was prompt and courteous. He performed our seasonal maintenance in an efficient manner.
Nick was prompt and he was very nice. He explained everything to me and didn’t try to push me to get extra work done. But did suggest a little bit of upgrades that could be done later.
