Carolina Creations is a top notch company that did an excellent job on our swimming pool and deck. Art and his team listened intently to what we wanted and pulled off an amazing job, we love our backyard! The quality and workmanship was superior and the pool finished per timelines. The entire staff communicated well and were friendly and courteous. We investigated other pool installation companies and can highly recommend Carolina Creations for an excellent pool installation experience.

Carolina Creations installed our pool in the spring of 2014 with a custom sundeck and sidewalks. 6 years and 2 major hurricanes later it still looks and functions beautiful. No problem at all even during the storms. Art Miller and his crew were able to do this custom install in less than a week and we were swimming within that week. Quality materials and crews speak for themselves

Art and his crew at Carolina Creations did an amazing job with our pool and hot tub installation! I had contacted CC as well as a couple of other local pool companies and got quotes from two of the 3. Their quote was competitive but more importantly, Art helped us to work through our HOA approval process and overcome some hurdles. The installation itself went very smoothly and we've been thrilled with the results - and so have our crazy dogs!

I can attest to also receiving poor customer service. I posted a comment on here just today, only to have it removed. I like for business to keep both the positive and negative comments, as it allows potential customers the opportunity to review and make up their own minds on purchasing from a company. I was informed it was their page and they can filter as they like. Sure, you can, but is that really the best practice? We requested a quote in June 2019, nearly a year ago. We absolutely would recommend Carolina Creations! When we bought our house we were told a pool would fit in the backyard, but then the surveys came back and we were told it was impossible. We were devastated. So many other companies seemed at a loss for what to do, but from the first time we met Art, we knew he was the one to help us.
