My experience with Carolina Commercial was sad. Mr. Liam Blakeslee set up an investor and possibly ran off with the earnest money deposit. Now the investor is trying to figure out what's up and I'm trying to get a termination letter from this entity.

I am the HOA president of Camden Villa at the Mid South Club in Southern Pines. We have had a few management companies but Blake Webb and his team at Carolina Commercial is the Best. They work with our Board of Directors and homeowners to make our community not just attractive and well maintained but financially sound and a place proud to call home.
Was not able to move in at the start of my rental agreement. The story constantly changed about why the delay was happening. When I finally was able to move in, repairs to the unit were incomplete and the door didn't even lock. Slow to fix problems in unit and in complex. Laundry was not usable for 8 weeks. After my first year was up, contacted them about signing for a longer term for year two and never heard back which allowed them to increase my rent multiple times as I was month to month.
