James came by and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Besides his expertise, he was friendly and explained what the problem was and fixed it. I would recommend the company!!
I had a HVAC system installed 8/1/2024, and on 8/25/2025 it stopped working. Carolina comfort and air installed it and came out to inspect it. It was a clogged drained pipe, which was not covered under warranty and was charged almost $500 to unclog it. After research, when they changed the HVAC, they should have changed the pipes as well ( which was 18 years old ). I was angry. The manger Bill Hall called the next day and rectified the problem. Anthony diagnosed the problem a clogged drain pipe. He was very friendly and even showed us a picture of a cute red jumping spider he found. This is our second time calling them and pleased with the results. I would recommend them to a friend.
