Service was delivered on time with notifications of who to expect and an arrival tracker. Erick was professional, informative and competent.
Charged us 4x as much as a condensate pump is worth so just beware of what they are pricing you for labor. Shame on me for agreeing to something too fast, but they will lose in the end by not having a returning customer and I'm hoping to deter others from a bad business.
I had a new havoc system and ductwork installed in the Spring of 2024. I was very pleased with installation team led by Jesse. Jesse was great! My issue arose one year later at the time of the Maintenance and Cleaning service. There were several issues that caused me to lose some confidence in Carolina Comfort Air. The good news is that I spoke to Kevin Shorty the manager of service. He came out with Sheldon Hayes a Tech Supervisor to address all of the issue. Tommy and Justin arrived and explained the work they were going to do. They completed the installation of my new Trane system in 1 day, and cleaned up and hauled away my old system. Tommy Mitchell showed me how to operate my new thermostat and explained to me all the settings and how to adjust them. They did a great job and I highly recommend them and the Carolina Comfort Air team on their professionalism.
Jerry was an awesome technician. Stayed late until everything was perfect.
