I had an issue occur with my heat during winter and had a few follow-up visits from Carolina Comfort that were wonderful. They did everything they could to ensure there wasn’t an underlying issue. Kevin came out a few times and was always very professional and kept me up-to-date on everything going on; he was a pleasure every time. Glad I can trust them to thoroughly test things before closing out their service.

Recently, one of my heat pumps cut off unexpectedly. The outside temp was below freezing. Carolina Comfort Air sent out a service tech who made a minor repair to get the unit operational again. He did not charge me for the service. Afterwards, I got a followup call from CarolIna Comfort customer service. These people are very customer service oriented. This is not the first time that I have used them. I highly recommend Carolina Comfort Air.

Extremely fast service. Was here in a few hours. Technician, Marcus, was wonderful. Booties on in the house. My system is very old so I knew I would probably have to replace it. He took the time to show me the problem and the parts that were bad. He never pushed me to buy a new unit. He gave me my options. Since the system is so old I have decided to replace it. Some one will be out this morning to assess it and give me a quote. Extremely fast and courteous service. Linda T.

Carolina comfort air came and replaced second floor unit. Price seemed fair. Service was great. The technicians were like a well oiled machine. Very efficient. Cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend them. I have used them for over a decade.

Both technicians that were sent to repair my AC unit were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They repaired the A/C unit as promised. Also, the office personnel was very polite and helpful over the telephone. Great job!!

Despite delays, which were not CCAir's fault, the technician (Barry) was conscientious and efficient in fixing several problems with our AC unit. We would definitely call CCAir again if necessary.
