0 Star : My Experience The service was ok, got pushed back twice because there was no loaner available. When I did get in the loaner ran terrible, smelled really bad inside the interior was heavily damaged, adjustment for back of seat broken and on and on, but I'll let it go at that. I didn't expect something brand new but I think you can do better than that. Craig was really nice and helpful.
