Me & My Daughter try the Cryotherapy out for our FRiST time the other day! and I Really can say that I have seen a Change in my inflammation in my body! And my Skin looks So Good! I will most definitely be back!! �
My daughters convinced me to try cryotherapy . As a former scientist, I did a lot of research and was surprised at all of the potential benefits, particularly the increase in norepinepherine and mitochondria. I was terrified to subject myself to such negative temperatures, and then felt silly afterwards because it was a different kind of cold than I expected. I have intermittent arthritis and it helps a lot. I also find I sleep better. I am hooked!
