Geri in the frame gallery was fantastic in helping get my prescription right and finding the most flattering frames!
Went to see doctor Jeffrey Tarr, the young lady was doing the test that checks for cancer she couldn't get it to work well. The doctor entered the room and in a low voice he said don't worry about it. So I left and will never go back. Tarr doesn't care about his patients just get in and get out. I have also found that if you don't buy there glasses, you are looked down on.
I'm not sure what has happened since i've last been here in 2017 but i feel like things have gone downhill and i will be switching to a new office. My appointment was at 9:30. It took almost an entire hour and most of that was me waiting in the eye exam room for the doctor. Maybe they are short staffed but I see my PCP faster than the time it took the eye doctor to come into the exam room. They are also not up front about costs unless you ask and now i wish i knew to ask about exam costs before i wasted my time. We have good... read more
