We had an unsatisfactory experience with Steven Martin, the owner of Carolina Carpet Cleaning. We hired his business to clean our 9' x 12' wool rug, pickup and deliver. Because I was in a rush, I did not do my due diligence of his business. If I had, I would have noted his BBB F rating. The second mistake I made was to pay him in advance. Dec 26, 2023 - I am extremely unhappy with the service provided by Steven at Carolina Carpet Cleaning. More than 3 months ago, he picked up three rugs from my client to clean them and deliver as directed by my client. Steven has had personal problems that have delayed delivery of the cleaned rugs. Over the past 6-8 weeks, he has broken multiple commitments to deliver the rugs. I have offered to have them picked up, but he will not provide a new address for his business. I recently got my carpets cleaned after having an insurance claim and I am very impressed with the outcome of how clean my carpets and couch got. Carolina Carpet Cleaning was very affordable, efficient with their time, and professional in my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing carper, rug, or upholstery cleaning. I will be using them in the future.
I had my carpets cleaned today because we are expecting a Baby Boy in a few days and we needed to make sure everything is perfect for him!! I just got my hand-knotted carpet back from Carolina Carpet Cleaners and was awed at the results! I got the carpet used and it had several nasty stains I figured were permanent. They were able to remove them and the overall color of the carpet is so much brighter than I ever realized. On top of that, their pricing was almost half of what I was quoted by other cleaners. Thank you Carolina Carpet for the excellent job!
