This is terrible to have to use a third-party pharmacy and call to practically beg for needed medication. Atrium or Advocate health, who ever you all are these days….. Do you really want your employees showing up to work unstable and frustrated because they can’t get their medications ???? This is not ok, or safe !!!!
Horrible
Medication was lost at some point during delivery. Had to call USPS for them to track and submit a ticket. Representative very unhelpful and unempathetic. Waiting on them to respond and provide a letter that Medicine was lost. Really poor service inspite of it being a required daily medication
This is the worse pharmacy ever! I wouldn’t let my dog use this pharmacy! Advocate aka Atrium is wrong for making its employees & family use this.
