I always have a phenomenal experience when I interact with the pharmacists at this pharmacy. We have used them for at least over 10 years, and anytime there's a question, an issue, something with the refill times, the pharmacists here are always not only willing but able to help. I don't know why it has such a low review they are one of the best pharmacies I've used in Charlotte.
Rating should be less than 1.3. The customer service, processing and delivery time take forever! Patients are not getting their prescribed medications on time! Too bad that our company switched to Carolinacare this year.
I am out of my blood pressure medication and I can’t add my payment online to have it mailed and I can’t go to pick it up and I have to call my Walgreens to call them to get it. A this new insurance us employees have is really an inconvenience.
This place is a joke, continue to let customers medicines get all out of wack. You can never keep a schedule on your meds with this place. No communication at all with customers whom have to have their medication on a timely and consistent schedule. They are a joke
