RecommendedWe have worked with three builders previously. Carolina Bluewater Construction exceeded our expectations on our house in Ocean Isle. Scott, Jennifer and the rest of their team are easy to work with, well organized and completed the house on time. We are very happy we selected them as our builder.
I cannot say more about how satisfied we have been with Carolina Bluewater and Scott and his team. We have had experience with other builders here and they cannot compare to CB. From start to finish and after they have met out requirements, coming in on time and on budget. We highly recommend them as a first class builder.
Scott did a wonderful job of listening to what we wanted in a home and we could not be happier with the way it turned out. Everyone is so easy to work with and very helpful. I would use them again if I ever decided to build again,.

Favorite house I have ever owned was built by this company. They were so organized and on top of things. Very helpful throughout the process! Hands down the BEST in my opinion. If you want quality and experience choose them!
