I bought a car from here in march and the car cut off in the middle of the road in July no idea what’s wrong with it it wasn’t even a full 4 months with the car

This was the smoothest purchase of a car ever. Karen was kind, knowledgeable & direct. Their cars are CLEAN with great documentation & their prices are fair. We did or own financing so cannot speak to that, but they were patient with the process we had to go through & held the car for only $100. (2013 Toyota sequoia limited $24,500). There were 2 bad tires tat we noticed & were replaced by the morning no questions asked.
I’m very disappointed I owe $2300 on my current car paid over $26,000 or more ..I’ve bought from them almost 3 years ago …called to see about purchasing another one they currently have I really like low miles etc …I called several times left messages for Karen she doesn’t get back to you !!!! They have excuses!!!!!!! I don’t buy it ….. Finally today they tell me no.. after calling back a 3rd time I’m sorry but if you want to sell cars CALL CUSTOMERS BACK !! I will go somewhere else !!!
