Very unprofessional. They are very rude and over priced. They take forever to get things done and made a million mistakes and they always blame someone else.
Recommendedi was recently rear-ended; $6800 on a 5 month old car. When asked where I wanted the work done, my only answer was Procare. I've had a few experiences with backing up and hitting things in the past, and have always used these guys because they do such a great job!

RecommendedI was rear ended two weeks ago while stopped in traffic and needed basically the entire back of my car replaced. State Farm recommended them for the repairs and I could not be happier. Their customer service the entire time was excellent. Because my children are gone distance learning, it was going to be tricky finding time to drop the vehicle off to be fixed so they offered to send a tow truck so I didn’t have to. I highly recommend anyone needing auto work go to somewhere OTHER than Precision. I was caught in a 'bait and switch' scam by the shop manager Robert. When I questioned him on it, he threatened not to allow my truck out of his facility, unless I paid him storage fees, and a $150 'administrative fee' that he admitted was made up- but, as he said - he can charge me what he likes. Please avoid this place at all cost. I came here when all that hail came down and destroyed everything. Fast forward, I selected pro care in SE military for my repairs and trusted they could handle my repairs with honest work. I had no experience with getting my vehicle repaired since I’ve never been in a accident or had damage done to my vehicle.
