Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced in the Medical field. Its truly a shame, the doctors and staff at the Charlotte office are amazing! This practice has the absolute worst customer experience. To fill important prescriptions my wife and I have to leave messages, as we can never speak to a live person. The messages go days without a response. If we are unavailable for the call we get stuck in a never-ending do loop because again, we cannot speak directly with a person. I have no idea how this practice continues to operate but I suspect it won't be doing so for long. I wish I could give a lower rating.

I thought this place was great, but then when they messed up writing my scripts they then called the pharmacy and told them to destroy them and are now treating me like I'm a criminal and could care less how it might affect someone with anxiety...terrible people
To be fair I'm only furious about waiting over 5 weeks for an appointment off medications due to relocating to realize my appointment was indeterminately cancelled four hours prior to my appointment due to my assigned doctor being out and no one else could administer my evaluation. I did receive a courtesy email in addition to a voicemail but apparently this was above and beyond. Maybe schedule clients later in the evening to make up for this or work something out? This is unacceptable!
Awesome doctors. Very understanding of personal needs. Made it very easy to face and deal with something I have struggled with for years. Would recommend them for anyone!!
