Highly recommend them! The technician was prompt, kept me up to date with his arrival time, and honest! The cost to repair our washing machine with new parts would have been almost as expensive to just buy a new machine. The technician was honest and said, just buy a new machine. And he didn't even charge us for coming out! You have lifelong customers with us! Thank you!

Terrible customer service... I was offended when I was questioned about my commitment to pay since I was upset that your company was just out at my home September 2016 and I paid over $200 for repair then today same issues with my washer.... Our dryer wasn't giving off any heat. Billy gave us a troubleshooting tip over the phone that we could try before he came out. That didn't work, so he came right over. He diagnosed the problem within 2 minutes of looking into the wiring (it was unfortunately beyond repair) and did not even charge us for coming out. (Which was a huge blessing since we apparently need to buy a new dryer.) Billy was so kind, professional, and no-nonsense. I will be recommending this company to everyone.
Quick, easy to schedule appointments that worked with MY schedule, amazing, friendly people... all around an incredible experience! Erik, the technician, was amazing and should get a raise!! Bob, who scheduled the appointments, was so polite and wonderful. Repairs were done quickly and affordably - I should've called them a month ago when our dryer was first broken! Thank you Carolina Appliance Service!!

Don't call this company! They misdiagnosed a leaking fridge, two service calls & didn't fix it, they charged her for a thermostat. After buying a new fridge, we brought it home & fixed it in 10 minutes! It was the ice maker! They refused to refund any $! I understand keeping the service call $, not good business, they took advantage if a senior citizen!
