RecommendedWithin an hour of calling Carolina Appliance Service, Shane was here and found the cause of leaking water under the refrigerator. He went beyond the call of duty moving the refrigerator from a very tight place and found creative solutions to getting everything fixed. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends.
Absolutely recommend this company. Bill was so helpful and kind. Fixed the issue quickly and even fixed another problem for me as well. Would recommend them to anyone!
Had issues with Samsung dryer. Bob called me right after I submitted a request through Samsung. Very happy with customer service! I had a technician here the very next morning. The tech named Mark, I believe, was very professional and fixed whatever the issue was on a spot since he came prepared and had a replacement part on him for a very REASONABLE PRICE!!! Not sure about other appliances but if you have issues with your dryer, I definitely recommend these guys.
Could you return phone calls and/or answer the phone ? What kind of customer service is this ?! This place is a joke !

They came out to fix my dryer were given $100.00 cash service fee and never reported that it was paid to my warranty company. And a month later the dryer was broke again. I called Bob Who said he was the owner and told him that the tech was given the cash and asked if he could look up the receipt- I was told I have a lot of receipts but that he would look into it and he said ok I’ll call the Warrenty company and never did.
We have used this company several times. We have always had prompt, reliable service! Will not hesitate to call again.
Billy the technician is great. He has been to our house three times and always fixed any problem we have.
