Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever rented from. They never answer the phone or reply to you. When they come out to “fix” The problem they fix it with duct tape (metaphorically) I went nine out of the 12 months of the year without a working HVAC unit. Standing still water in the basement. Basement walls are caving in and when we told them we did not feel safe living in the house they put some support beams up in the basement instead of removing us from the house and fixing the problem. Problems since day 1.... Everything from plumbing not working and raw sewage under house and on lawn to fire shooting out of outlets.... Both incidents AFTER they had maintenance come do repairs. The leak under the sink is still there since February. They Mark request for repairs complete but nobody has fixed it. Two windows in the house are not even glass. The ones that have glass are either broken or unusable. There are no screens on almost every window. They don't have knowledgeable repair people. Our first electric bill ... read more

Our property was actually under a different property management company. Then it was sold to this place. Our heat has gone out and noone will reply to me. I have 3 small toddlers and its freezing. I've begged for someone to come and noone will respond. What do I do
We have only been in our rental for one month and it has been a nightmare for my girls and I. We have lost heat 7 times and no one would respond until my attorneys who are affiliated with our NC Governor, Roy Cooper, contacted them. The property was covered with trash, the heat was out, and the home was not cleaned or inspected at move in. Do not use this company. They don’t fix issues with the homes they rent. We have the city and county involved just to get our heat fixed. We went several days without heat a couple weeks ago. They sent unlicensed people to rig it. Yesterday we went outside amd it was frozen solid because they failed to send someone to properly fix it. Now we don’t have heat again. We can’t use a space heater because the breaker flips as soon as we turn it on. They sent someone for that and they tried to just put in a bigger breaker so we wou... read more
