There are so many different companies to chose from I was confoosed. I live in the pure hot ness with my ac broke down, so I wanted to pick one quick, but I am glad I chose these folks. The other companies offered me a carrier unit for a lot more price than carolina air care did, so I could get a TRANE instead. I am happy and my girl is too. It cooled us down and we got a warranty too. They are real nice and proffessional people to deal with and that narrowed it down for me.
I had a wonderful experince with Carolina Air Care. They simply told me what I was going to need to correct my broken unit and charged me a fraction of what others wanted.
