Two new HVAC systems of different brands we purchased from Carolina Air Care over 11 years had multiple system failures and short lifespans. We don’t have the technical expertise to ferret through the intricacies of the failures (e.g. manufacturing defect, subpar installation/maintenance, our usage pattern, or combinations).
