Mercedes and Kat did a wonderful job today (10/31). I had contacted the company for a deep clean and the person they initially sent the day prior was new and had not been adequately trained because that was not what we got. Thankfully, Carole’s made it right, they were apologetic and my house looks and smells great.
On time, and cleaned well
I love using Carole’s house cleaning for my monthly cleaning service. They are always very good at communicating before and are flexible if I need to change the date and time. As for the cleaners they are always on time and do a great job! It is definitely worth the price!
