Absolutely amazing! Extremely kind and you can tell she cares about her patients health immensely! Very thorough in my vocal exam and had many solutions for my vocal health.
Dr. Dean was one of, if not the BEST, doctor I have ever been to. There was absolutely no wait time, and I was seen immediately. She was extremely personable, professional, and kind. She took her time getting to know me and asking me a lot of important and thorough questions about my problems/history. One of the BEST experiences I have had with ANY doctor! Dr. Dean has a wonderful demeanor & I felt extremely comfortable with her. She is a great listener, asks informed questions, takes her time (it's first time I didn't feel RUSHED with a physician!) and gives clear, understandable solutions. I would give her the highest recommendation to anyone with ENT issues ~ outstanding!

I have a long history with Dr.Dean--she correctly diagnosed a severe and long-standing problem with constant throat-clearing/coughing as GERD and made it possible for me to keep a job I was in danger of losing. Then years later I had a severe medical/surgical crisis which aggravated the old problem, and again she was able to come to my rescue. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone with voice problems, reflux, or other ENT issues.
