If I could give zero stars, I would. I was suffering with drepression/anxiety due to some life circumstances; Ms. Diamond not only was unsympathetic, but downright mean. Basically telling me to grow up- this at a time my husband of 20 years had an affair and left- then she over medicated and I was a walking zombie for over 6 months. Just prior to a large trip with my four children, she took me off, cold Turkey, effexor which is an anti-anxiety med that is very difficult to get off of and should be done slowly. Best psych counselor I’ve ever had! Takes time and is very patient
Carole truly listens! What I love and respect about Carole is that she takes the time to listen to your story and your goals. She helped me take my power back and realize my potential. Carole was there to support me while I worked through some very difficult things. I am so happy to have found her and cannot recommend her enough.
I would give no stars if possible! I have never heard of a medical professional ever acting the way she treated my husband. She threatened to withhold prescriptions from him, caused errors with his prescriptions causing him to not be able to obtain their proper medicine when he needed it, and has absolutely worsened his anxiety and stress. For being a "doctor" who deals with serious mental illnesses, she, on several occasions, said very insensitive and unnecessary comments, which caused the very problem he was seeking treatm... read more
Wonderful practitioner and a very nice lady! I felt at ease in her office (good for people with anxiety). Would most definitely recommend her to anyone!
