All very good. Scheduling or rescheduling appts is sometimes difficult, though not a regular event, & effort is always made to fine a workable time. I'm presuming Dr. Nishikubo's case load is significant. None the less she is always very pleasant, to the point in both answering questions & providing information. I feel that she really cares how I'm doing/feeling.
