Dr Nishikubo is an excellent doctor. She is professional, easy to talk to & she listens. She always remembers everything about my my health issues. And she has a sense of humor. She spends time with me & never seems in a rush.

The office/receptionist/nursing staff left me in the exam room for over a half hour without letting me know how much longer I would have to wait for the doctor. They are extremely unhelpful and uncompassionate, especially since they work in an oncology doctors' office. The physician is wonderful, but the staff is horrible.
