I’ve been seeing Carol since I was 19 and she has always been an amazing PCP. She always takes my concerns seriously, I don’t have to convince her to give me care or to address an issue. As a plus size woman of color, that means a lot. It’s hard for someone like me to find a provider that isn’t dismissive and I have never felt that vibe from Carol, ever. I’ve followed her to four different offices, and will continue to do so. She is truly one of a kind.
I have been a patient of Carols for years now, honestly so many I can’t remember. Carol sees most of my family, and is nothing short of amazing. I always feel seen & heard when I’m there, and I go in every 6 months. I can’t do anything but sing her praises. I’d give 10 gold stars if I could.
Carol Valdez is very efficient, always takes the time to address any concerns.. gets me in and out quickly. All staff is very friendly.
