I've had insurance and they tried to charge me $180.00 after saying I had insurance and trying to charge me after. I'm not supposed to be charged on anything my insurance is no charge. The lady tried to argue with me after the other receptionist said I had insurance.
I am a 75 year old female and a patient of Dr. Shermans for approximately 7 years. She is the best Dr. I have ever had and I have seen many in my lifetime. She truly cares for her patients. She listens to me and takes a lot of time explaining her expert opinions, but compassionately and respectfully allowing me to be the decision maker regarding my choice of treatment. Don't call this place if you've never been seen there before. They said they were excepting new patients but needed to know why I needed to get in so I told them I needed an overall physical and the receptionist said she had to check with Dr Sherman first to see if it was ok to schedule me. It sounds like they pick and choose who they want to see and that isn't right
