Waited over 10 minutes for our drinks then my children's breakfast arrived 30 min later mine and my husband's breakfast didn't arrive for another 30 min our waitress never checked to see how things were then when I went to pay I asked to speak to manager was informed he was too busy to speak with me! I then complained that having to wait an hour for breakfast is ridiculous to which the response was well it's busy sorry you came in. I will not be back poor service and unfriendly staff.
Went to have a nice quiet breakfast this morning at Carols with my hubby. It was wonderful, the staff was incredibly caring and the food was hot and delicious!!! 💜💜 I’m gonna dream about their biscuits and home fries. We will definitely be coming back as regulars!!!
My Dad, sister and I have had nothing but efficient, friendly service, delicious food cooked specific to our request, and you can't beat the beautiful mountain view!

The first thing the waitress does is wipe off the dirty, wet table side to side to throw all the mess in our laps. The funny part is she didn’t even get the table clean. Then she comes to take our drink order and gets mine wrong. Can’t wait to see what the food comes out like. Good help and common sense are hard to come by.
Good price for the food you get....Food was OK��
I don’t live here anymore but used to eat here all the time. We still go back when we’re here visiting. I’ve never had bad food or service at Carol’s and you can’t beat the view.
