Carol helped me sell AND buy lovely houses. I love Carol and her daughter Tracy as well. Her son Max is also a good trustworthy contractor!
Carol sold our house to us in late October. The house looked good and it had all the proper inspections, however, after living in the home for a month, we found there were broken appliances, cracks forming, in the walls, and just bad workmanship all around. When we tried to contact her to talk about the discrepancies in the home, she was rude and unbecoming. I wouldn’t recommend her homes or her husband’s company, Ronnebaum Construction, unless you desire below quality workmanship and lies.
