Unfortunately Mick blocked me from responding his review on Google, so I guess I will respond here. Yes, I do believe you don’t want to BUY the house…because you want to SELL the house. Nice wording, by the way. Your website even says you specialize in probate real estate. So, no - I don’t believe you are being nice and trying to help people for free. I believe you are trolling public record probate cases to find people who have lost a loved one so you can get an easy listing. It’s truly disgusting.
I received a “priority mail” letter from Mick shortly after filing my dad’s will in probate court. He wanted to offer me a “free” appraisal on my father’s home….It’s an absolutely disgusting marketing practice to zoom in on grieving families and have your letter stand out among the other vultures by sending it “priority mail,” just so I would open it. They were the worst realtors I have ever had the experience of working with. They made us change so many things in our home and cost us thousands of dollars that were totally unnecessary and then we got far less than the asking price. I wouldn't trust them again ever!
