So very disappointed with our "day" at Carol Lewis Day Spa. I spent 5 hours there with my mother and felt that we were rushed and we were an inconvenience. My manicure was chipping the next day and my pedicure lasted only a week. My facial was enjoyable. In all that time, we were offered a cookie and two glasses of water. When Carol stopped by, we were not even acknowledged. She came in and criticized her staff. Definitely not worth the money or our time. I will not go back and we will not recommend to our friends.
Wonderful experience! Very clean, very relaxing, and very friendly! Sarah did an amazing job on my facial very informative and a great facial! Carol was so pleasant and we talked weddings! So fun! Thank you!
