Great customer service. Carol was great to work with. We live in MA and wanted to buy a condo in FL and so mostly by chance, we ended up working with Carol to help us find the right fit. I have an incredibly busy work schedule and as a result, I can be very difficult to get a hold of. In addition, my wife and I were not always on the same page during the process.
