I felt understood, and most importantly she is one stop shop. Therapy is a big part of treatment, she takes the time to see you as a whole person, not just throw meds at you. She has made ab ig difference in how I see myself and I interact better with others as a result
I have never felt more judged in my life. I am so saddened and hurt more than anything, please do not let her do the same to you. She treated me like I was beneath her and wasn't worth her time.
