This group ROCKS! They just spayed my 3 kittens and told me all 3 were in heat! Dodged a bullet.....2nd time Ive used them, wow so easy and efficient. Thanks Carol House, technicians and Vets
They were so affordable. I took 3 cats that had been dumped so I wouldn't have 30 cats around. Also took our Australian Shepherd to get neutered and they actually picked him up in Belleville and made the whole process so easy.
I am writing this review for two reasons: to let you (at Carol House) know that we appreciate the job that you do for the community and to alleviate concerns a potential customer may be having. We have 2 huskies (there actually our son’s but living with us), a girl and a boy, and were needing a reasonably priced way to get them spayed/neutered. We just got a call saying one of the cats we took to be spade has already been spade. SURPRISE!!! She was a stray that just appeared here at our house. Long haired cats, we had no idea. Lol. Everyone has been so kind, helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.
Had a great experience...no problems and no delays. People that worked there were very friendly and I feel like my pet was well taken care of. I will definitely use them again.
This place is the biggest piece of shit I wish I could give them 0 stars. My pup had bitten me three days ago which I told them and they turned me away at the counter after a 1 hour wait. Hey I got a real novel idea for you people running that place, if a dog bite disqualifies you from getting fixed then ask them that whenever someone goes to schedule appointment on the phone instead of wasting their entire morning
