I had my buddy neutered last Tuesday!!! They were awesome. Then I had a small issue called the emergency line very helped and talked me through issue sent them pictures through text so they could see couldn't ask for better. Thank you for everything!!!
We've been to Carol House Quick Fix before and have always had a great experience. The staff if friendly, knowledgeable and you get a real sense of commitment from them. The services they offer are more than reasonably priced and my dogs have never had a bad experience there. I highly recommend them!
We used the transportation service and it was well organize our cat was spayed and is now doing wonderful.
I took one of our cats in. The surgery went fine but he had an allergic reaction to the vaccinations. The staff were fantastic about reaching out to me right away, then about 15 min later to let me know that he was doing better, and Debbie from the clinic called this morning (Saturday) to follow up. The staff are very organized from beginning to end. When you make your appointment, ask if they are in need of any supplies - they really appreciate donations. Thanks to all of you!
I have taken 2 cats and 2 dogs to be fixed here and the staff is beyond amazing and I was very happy with the whole experience. I would gladly recommend them before anyplace! Thank u for being so amazing and makeing this experience so wonderful
