I love this place
I had a horrible experience there yesterday and I can't stop thinking about it. I brought my daughter's long haired cat Luna to get fixed yesterday. I picked her up and they told me she was pregnant and they handled that and then fixed her. What? I did not know she was pregnant. they should have called me. I would have loved to have her kittens. they acted like they did me a favor. They told me now I have more love to give Luna. how dare they tell me how much love I have to give. We had both of our cats spayed at carol house. Such a great place. All of the staff was very caring. We went when they had one of their specials and the lines were long but they were great at explaining everything and having staff moving people along. They checked with us the next day to see how they were doing too. Definitely worth the drive and a great set to the community. Thank you for what you do 😻😻

I recommend taking your animals here to have them fixed and chipped along with any other services you may need. These people were extremely friendly and great with the animals. Our dog Hope got fixed and chipped on December 21st and our dog Rakasha who gets fixed and shipped on January 8th. very much appreciated
